Today is going to be a key part in figuring out if I can keep this up. It's my first day back at work since deciding I need to diet, and work is incredibly hard for dieting. It's high stress, has an extremely limited break, and it's a ton easier to get junk instead of a healthy snack.
However, I may have something working in my favor this week. Two weeks ago I made a bet with one of the people I work with. If I lost the bet I was required to cook him lunch every day this week. I take my bets seriously, so this means that every day this week I have to make a homemade lunch. So, since I'm making lunch for someone else, it makes absolutely now sense not to make it for myself as well! I'm going to have to work on this carefully, but I'm looking forward to the challenge.
